Sky Blue Tree Service is a sample business created to show what a website can look like. These Terms are a template and do not govern any real transaction.

Sky Blue Tree Service ("we," "us") is a tree service business based in Ocala, Florida. This website describes the work we do and gives you a way to reach us by phone.
2. Acceptance of These Terms

3. Estimates, Pricing and Work
Information on this site is general. Any estimate, price, scope of work, schedule or agreement for services is made separately, in writing or on the phone with us, after we have looked at the tree or the property. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work at a particular price, and we may decline any job.
4. Insurance and Credentials
Any statements we make about insurance or credentials are our own representations. Certificates of insurance are available on request before work begins. Florida does not license tree services as a trade; nothing on this site claims a state license for tree work.
5. Consent to Contact
By placing a call to the number on this site, you consent to being contacted by us by phone about your request, including by automated systems or AI voice assistants acting on our behalf. Consent to receive automated or AI-assisted communications is not a condition of receiving any service. Any text message about your request is sent only with your separate verbal consent on the call, as described in Section 5A.
5A. Text Messages (SMS)
Program: Sky Blue Tree Service callback and appointment confirmations. Description: if you ask us on a call to schedule a callback or an estimate visit, our phone assistant will ask whether you would like a text confirmation of the time. Only if you say yes on the call will Sky Blue Tree Service send one confirmation text and, in some cases, one reminder shortly before the appointment, to the mobile number you give us. Message frequency: one to two messages per request; no recurring or marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service — if you say no, you still receive the callback or visit you asked for. Opt out: reply STOP at any time and you will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Help: reply HELP for assistance, or call the number on this site. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See Section 7A of our Privacy Policy.
6. Calls, AI Voice Handling, and Recording
Inbound calls to this site may be answered or screened by an automated voice assistant or AI system. Calls may be recorded so that the details of your request are accurate. By continuing a call, you consent to these practices.
7. No Guarantee of Availability
We do not guarantee that we can respond within any particular time, that we can perform any particular job, or that we are available in your area on a given date. A call or a scheduled callback does not by itself create an obligation on us to perform work.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed $250. Liability for work we actually perform is governed by the separate written agreement for that work, not by these Terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sky Blue Tree Service and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of this site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Florida, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in that county.
11. Eligibility
To use this site or call the number on it, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version and effective date shown here govern your use of the site. If you continue to use the site after we post an update, you accept the updated Terms. This document is version v1.0, effective September 15, 2026.
13. Privacy; Your Choices
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We do not sell your information and we run no advertising trackers. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email hello@skyblue.yourbrandnewsite.com.
14. Intellectual Property; No Scraping
The content, design, and code of this site are owned by or licensed to Sky Blue Tree Service and are protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to collect data from this site without written permission.
