How we work
We do the whole job ourselves, start to finish. The person who looks at your tree and gives you the price is the person who shows up with the truck. We rope down the big pieces instead of dropping them, we protect what's under the tree — the pool cage, the fence, the driveway, the neighbor's car — and we clean up before we leave. If a tree can be pruned instead of removed, we'll tell you, because a healthy live oak is worth more to you standing than it is to us as a job.
We don't do everything. We don't spray, fertilize or treat for pests, we don't do landscaping, and we don't take on tree work that needs a bigger crew than ours without bringing in the crane operator we trust. What we do, we do carefully.
Why the phone is always answered
For the first few years the phone rang in Danny's pocket, forty feet up a laurel oak, and it went to voicemail. People called the next company. Now the phone is answered on the first ring, every hour of the day, by an assistant who takes down what the tree is doing and where, connects you to Danny if he can step away, and otherwise books a time for him to call you back — usually within the hour. Where we work
Ocala first, then the rest of Marion County: Belleview, Silver Springs and the Shores, Marion Oaks, Summerfield, Dunnellon, Ocklawaha, Fort McCoy, Anthony, Reddick, McIntosh, Citra and Weirsdale, with the edges of Lady Lake and Williston when the job's right.
